Invincible wines by Rita Marques and Marc Kent draw inspiration from Portugal’s Age of Discovery, when seafarers set sail from the Douro river for distant shores. In a collaboration that reflects both the old and new worlds, the wines merge a deep respect for tradition with modern technique. Sustainable, often biodynamic viticulture, meticulous hand-harvesting of ancient low-yielding vines and viniculture where every detail reflects a pursuit of radical authenticity in order to honour place. The resulting wines showcase freshness and elegance, balancing structure with finesse, while interpreting the timeless character of the ancient Douro landscape through a contemporary lens.
